Balance is essential to everyday life. As we age it is critical to health and well - being. All of our classes are designed to create balance in both your body and mind.
Our signature SSB (Strength, Stretch, & Balance) class combines all three, working at your own level and personalized to give you what you need that day.
Small class sizes are designed to build community while allowing individualized focus.
